Meet Morgan, Web Designer
Morgan Lee Gerstmar (she/her) is a violist/violinist, music educator, and web designer based in Los Angeles, CA. She is director of the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute, teacher of a mid-sized Suzuki violin studio, and owner of the web design company Perch Consulting. She holds degrees and certificates in Music, Neuroscience and Web Design from University of Southern California, California Institute of the Arts, and Santa Monica College. She is passionate about teaching violin and helping other musicians and music teachers develop thriving businesses.

Squarespace is great for small businesses, but the time it takes to navigate their template service and build a beautiful site can take time away from your business. This is where Perch Consulting comes in! We build your site while you can focus on more important things. In the end, we will give you support to help you make easy changes, or continue to be part of your business’ staff making updates as needed.
Plan
After our free consultation, we will strategize ways to bring your business to the next level through web design narrative. We will take the content you provide us (text and images) and make the most advantageous user design experience for your clientele.
Build
This is the part that takes the most time and will lessen your burden so you can focus on other things. We’ll be in touch throughout the process so you can see how your site is developing, including video conferencing to get everything just write.
Support
Once the site is complete, I will show you how to update it yourself which will save you the cost of hiring a designer in the future for simple updates. If you ever need more help or don’t have the time, my services are available a la carté and can take as little as an hour to complete your updates.
